Description
The Senior Project Manager provides high-level management direction for one or more projects, oversees construction and financial activities through the on-site Project Superintendent, and is ultimately responsible for completing projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction. The role includes bid and proposal preparation, subcontractor and supplier coordination, safety planning, cost and job-cost analysis, change orders, billing, project controls, site inspections, closeout, and coordination with clients, vendors, architects, engineers, and company management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of Project Engineer experience, 5 years of construction experience, and relevant OSHA, safety, and competency qualifications.
