CoVolt Power is hiring a field-based Solar Mechanical Foreman to oversee mechanical construction activities for a solar field project. The role supervises and coaches crew members, tracks production, coordinates equipment and materials, monitors quality and safety, interprets specifications and drawings, and leads mechanical personnel to complete the project on schedule. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of experience in solar or related construction; Spanish-English bilingual ability is preferred, and the position requires outdoor work in varying weather conditions and limited-travel to different job sites.
