TKDA is hiring a Mechanical Group Manager for its Mining division to lead the growth, direction, financial performance, and engineering team of HVAC, balance-of-plant, process mechanical, piping, ventilation, and related solutions. The role provides technical guidance, may serve as lead mechanical engineer, manages project budgets and execution, and supports business development, proposals, client relationships, and project interviews. It is based in Duluth or Bloomington, Minnesota, with a typical three-days-in-office, two-days-remote hybrid arrangement and up to 20% travel. The position requires a Professional Engineer with at least 15 years of progressive design experience, at least five years managing multi-disciplinary projects, and prior experience coaching mechanical engineering professionals.
