Arc is hiring a full-time, on-site Mechanical Hardware Engineer at its Los Angeles headquarters to design and release hardware for marine vessels, including composite structures, interiors, mechanisms, and marine systems. The role owns hardware from specification through prototyping, validation, production, and manufacturing, while integrating with battery, powertrain, electrical, controls, industrial design, suppliers, and manufacturing teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least two years of industry experience, CAD proficiency, and hands-on fabrication and assembly support.
