Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician assists a site supervisor in performing predictive and preventative maintenance on facility equipment. Responsibilities include lubrication, air-filter and air-handler maintenance, electrical and lighting work, plumbing repairs, air-compressor and pump maintenance, exhaust-system work, cooling and heating maintenance, and boiler repairs. The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC operations, and the ability to work in potential chemical hazards.
