MANTECH is hiring a full-time Mechanical In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) Technician for an onsite position at JEB Little Creek in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role supports troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, boat surveys, system validations, configuration control, technical documentation, lifecycle tracking, crew familiarization, and process improvements for boat systems and equipment. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of progressively responsible experience supporting DoD or Navy engineering, maintenance, or technical programs, and an active Secret clearance. The projected compensation range is $49,100 to $82,500, with health insurance and other benefits available depending on the position.
