The role leads a crew of non-exempt inspectors, oversees recruitment, training, performance evaluations, shift operations, and daily task assignments, and is responsible for validating product conformance, meeting production milestones, and driving continuous improvement. The position requires a STEM degree or equivalent education and experience, manufacturing and factory-management software experience, quantitative process-improvement skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. It is a full-time second-shift role with a salary range of $72,500 to $134,600 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
