Description
SOCOTEC Building Performance is hiring a Mechanical Inspector to independently inspect mechanical building installations such as heating, air handling, cooling, and sanitary systems at client sites. The role assesses installations against NEN 2767 and BOEI methodology, records defects, prepares multi-year maintenance plans, and advises clients on maintenance, replacement, and sustainability. Applicants need an MBO-level education in mechanical or building services engineering, knowledge of NEN 2767 and/or BOEI, a driver’s license B, Dutch language proficiency, and an independent customer-oriented working style. The position offers a salary of €3,500–€5,500, a company car, phone, laptop, training, and holiday and pension benefits.
