Description
PCI is hiring an entry-level Mechanical Insulation Estimator for its San Antonio operations. The role performs quantitative takeoffs, establishes labor productivities, obtains vendor and subcontractor pricing, reviews bids, supports customer relationships, and assists with change orders and project handoffs. Candidates must interpret construction specifications and drawings, analyze costs, communicate effectively, and use estimating and construction-management software. A bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of construction estimating experience, HVAC insulation experience, and local San Antonio availability are preferred. The position offers an annual salary of $75,100–$101,000 plus a non-guaranteed bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
