Spaceium is hiring a Mechanical Intern to support the design, analysis, fabrication, assembly, and testing of spacecraft mechanical structures, mechanisms, and assemblies. The role involves CAD modeling, structural and thermal analysis, machining, 3D printing, test fixtures, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Candidates must be pursuing a mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering degree, have CAD familiarity, and understand basic mechanics and manufacturing. The position requires physical presence at the Ottawa facility and may involve extended hours and weekend work.
