Description
The Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator leads the planning, execution, and oversight of mechanical maintenance projects and inspections across CF Industries’ Distribution Facilities. The role manages critical fixed and rotating equipment, including industrial refrigeration, process piping, pressure vessels, storage tanks, pumps, and compressors; coordinates cross-functional teams and contractors; supports routine and emergency repairs; provides on-site training; and drives safety, predictive maintenance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement. The position requires at least five years of plant mechanical maintenance experience, CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency, knowledge of industrial codes, and the ability to travel 70–80% of the time.
