Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to provide engineering expertise for optimizing physical assets and technology resources, improving manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and operating profit. The role analyzes equipment failures, develops maintenance procedures and design improvements, prepares maintenance reports and budgets, supports spare-parts and project applications, participates in incident investigations, and ensures compliance with safety, health, environmental, and security requirements. No prior experience is required, but 1–2 years of project and equipment management experience is preferred; a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field is required.
