FWG Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute maintenance, repair, and modification work on complex mechanical systems supporting the U.S. Navy’s LCAC ACV program. The role supervises mechanics, technicians, and inspectors; develops maintenance plans; manages preventive, corrective, and emergent work; oversees quality assurance, safety, documentation, training, and workforce performance; and coordinates labor, materials, and equipment. Candidates need a high school degree, an active Secret Security Clearance, at least seven years of relevant maintenance experience, and at least five years supervising maintenance of air-cushion vehicles or aircraft.
