Secil is hiring Mechanical Maintenance Operators to support its Maceira and Pataias maintenance teams. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance of large industrial equipment such as kilns, mills, crushers, conveyors, and fans, including inspections, component work, hydraulic and pneumatic tasks, alignment, measurement, testing, and breakdown analysis. Candidates should have a technical-vocational education in mechanics or a related field, knowledge of mechanical maintenance and technical drawing interpretation, and a commitment to safety; industrial experience and knowledge of welding, hydraulics, or pneumatics are valued but not required.
