Description
AV Group NB Inc. is hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent to lead mechanical maintenance at its Atholville, New Brunswick dissolving-grade pulp mill. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role supervises maintenance personnel, manages preventive and predictive maintenance programs, oversees shutdowns, supports capital projects, ensures safety and environmental compliance, and drives equipment reliability, cost control, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least two years of post-secondary education, preferably in a mechanical field, and three years of experience in a similar position; pulp mill and unionized-environment experience are assets.
