Mesabi Metallics is hiring a Supervisor – Mechanical Maintenance to lead and oversee mechanical maintenance of mining equipment and machinery. The role supervises millwrights, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical failures, manages parts inventory, enforces safety procedures, maintains records, and collaborates with engineering and operations teams. Candidates need at least four years of mechanical maintenance experience in a heavy industrial setting, supervisory experience is preferred, and the position requires a high school diploma or GED plus a two-year technical program or related bachelor's degree, along with regular field work and some lifting.
