Bibby Ste-Croix is hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (Weekend) to oversee 6 to 10 mechanics and maintain a diverse fleet of machines. The role includes planning and allocating maintenance work, coaching and evaluating employees, managing performance and attendance, ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance, preparing parts orders, selecting repair components, managing subcontractors, planning service shutdowns, coordinating shifts, and identifying operational improvements. The position follows a Friday-to-Sunday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., includes a weekend premium, employer-paid group insurance, an annual bonus, vacation benefits, training, and other benefits.
