Description
The Maintenance Manager plans and supervises maintenance personnel and activities for foundry equipment, machining equipment, and the facility. The role directs electricians, maintenance technicians, and laborers toward 100% equipment uptime, supports safety, quality, productivity, and profitability, troubleshoots plant equipment, develops process and TPM improvements, manages parts and capital projects, oversees contractors and vendors, and supervises building and grounds activities. The position requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent, six years of combined industrial, mechanical, and electrical experience, two years of leadership or supervisory experience, and relevant certification or equivalent experience; previous foundry experience with machine-tool concepts is preferred. The salary is $90,000–$100,000 per year with a 3% performance bonus.
