Worthington Steel is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Columbus team to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. The role involves hydraulic and pneumatic systems, mechanical troubleshooting, reading technical prints, documenting work, collaborating with production, and following safety procedures. Candidates may have varying levels of industrial maintenance experience, and the position rotates through day, afternoon, night, and weekend schedules. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour plus shift premiums, a sign-on bonus, profit sharing, attendance bonuses, and other benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning on Day 1.
