The role includes preventive maintenance, equipment diagnostics, blueprint and schematic interpretation, electrical testing, continuous improvement, safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is based at Charter Wire in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, runs from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and offers $40+ per hour based on experience plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
