Description
The Mechanical Manager leads mechanical-trade management for a construction project in estimating and preconstruction, including budget and bid assembly, detailed Division 15 estimates, constructability reviews, value engineering, trade-partner and supplier coordination, and staff development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of commercial construction estimating experience. The base salary is $105,000 to $135,000, with employer-paid health care, life insurance, disability benefits, HSA contributions, and other benefits.
