Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is hiring a Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer for its Manufacturing Engineering and Technology Development Group in the Material Engineering Division. The role supports stockpile stewardship programs by developing and executing engineering solutions for component fabrication, tooling, inspection, process optimization, design of experiments, data analysis, and manufacturing systems. It is a full-time on-site career-indefinite position open to Lab employees and external candidates, requiring a DOE Q-level security clearance and U.S. citizenship. The SES.1 and SES.2 levels have different responsibilities and pay ranges.
