Weyerhaeuser is hiring a Maintenance Mechanical Millwright for its Dodson, Louisiana lumber facility. The role performs mechanical maintenance, repairs, installation, lubrication, cleaning, maintenance planning, layout work, and welding on motors, pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems; analyzes equipment breakdowns; and follows safety lockout and plant safety procedures. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with hand and power tools and precision measuring instruments, experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems, root-cause analysis skills, at least two years of maintenance work experience or educational history, steady documented work history, and willingness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. The pay is $24.93–$41.66 per hour based on experience.
