Fondatel is recruiting technical operators to work on its longest and most complex factory machine. The role begins with placing cores and includes training in troubleshooting, machine maintenance, production monitoring, and production preparation; the training lasts at least six months and can lead to replacing the team leader when absent, with a goal of becoming a team leader in approximately two years. Candidates should have technical studies in electromechanics or mechanics, an A2 diploma is advantageous, and some initial professional experience such as production-operator or machine-setup experience. The assignment is a temporary agency contract for at least one year, with a possible permanent contract afterward, and pays €17.1244 per hour plus shift premiums and meal vouchers.
