AEI is hiring a Mechanical Project Engineer for its Energy & Utilities Group in Seattle. The role leads project engineering for energy-efficient building and utility systems, including steam, hot water, chilled water, geothermal, sewer-water, electrode-boiler, and deep-lake systems for large campuses and healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include analyzing options, developing and presenting engineering solutions, and leading teams through implementation. The posting requires a BSME/BSAE or equivalent engineering discipline with applicable experience and 10+ years designing HVAC building systems for research, healthcare, or higher-education facilities; professional engineering registration and engineering software proficiency are preferred.
