K2M Design is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for a hybrid position based in Columbus, Ohio. The role covers mechanical and plumbing system design for commercial and public buildings, including heating, ventilation, cooling, exhaust, gas, water, sanitary, sewer, fire suppression, and specialty systems. Responsibilities include engineering calculations, drawings, technical specifications, construction administration, drawing reviews, RFI responses, and field work, with 15% of time reserved for travel. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science from an ABET-accredited institution, at least five years of mechanical engineering experience, and Revit proficiency.
