Description
The Project Engineer leads the design, development, validation, and launch of medium- to complex-engineered products from concept through production. The role combines mechanical product design, engineering analysis, new product development, project management, and cross-functional leadership, including work with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, customers, and executive leadership. The engineer will create engineering drawings and 3D models, lead prototype testing, manage project schedules and risks, and mentor junior engineers.
