Description
ICEYE is hiring a Mechanical R&D Test Lead in Warsaw, Poland, to lead the mechanical acceptance and integration test team for new optical spacecraft and subsystems. The role owns end-to-end mechanical AIT, vibration qualification campaigns, satellite-level mass models, Mechanical Ground Support Equipment, flight-model integration, and the feedback of test findings to design engineering. It is a permanent hybrid position requiring hands-on mechanical testing, vibration testing, hardware validation, MGSE design, and people leadership or a senior technical background interested in leadership.
