The Mechanical Services Work Planner in Hoek prepares and oversees technical work for utilities, climate-control, heating, and mechanical-engineering installations across offices, production sites, and industrial environments. The role covers project scheduling, budgets, material requirements, progress and cost monitoring, supplier and subcontractor coordination, technical drawings and work instructions, and resolution of technical and organizational bottlenecks. It requires knowledge of mechanical installations, strong communication, safety and quality awareness, and a completed MBO qualification in mechanical engineering or installation technology.
