CESO is hiring a Mechanical Staff Designer II to support senior design staff with basic mechanical engineering design, calculations, document production, system modeling, and project coordination. The role involves HVAC load calculations, ductwork and piping modeling, equipment modeling, and preparation of plans, reports, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, and related software. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering with at least three years of relevant experience is preferred, while five years of relevant design experience without a degree is required; a master’s degree can substitute up to one year of work experience. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a Rogers, Arkansas base salary of $60,997 to $72,444.
