Description
The role is responsible for developing and engineering-testing complete products, coordinating with customers and suppliers, independently completing project tasks, advising marketing, suppliers, testing, quality, and purchasing, and exploring innovations to improve quality and reduce costs. It requires a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field, more than three years of new-product-development experience, strong English proficiency, and familiarity with FMEA, mechanical design, plastic molds, die casting, stamping, gear transmission, electric drives, product assembly, and CAD design software.
