BAE Systems is hiring a Mechanical Superintendent in Taif, Saudi Arabia, to control personnel and resources for AGF Mechanical Trade activities supporting Royal Saudi Air Force operational flying squadrons. The role manages supervisor manpower, flight-line and aircraft maintenance activities, spares, technical reporting, inspections, tool control, approved-data compliance, shift handovers, quality reporting, continuous improvement, staff welfare, and supervisor development. Candidates need HNC-level education or equivalent relevant training, a recognized aircraft engineering apprenticeship or aircraft-systems qualification, formal Typhoon Mechanical Systems experience with a Q annotation, extensive post-qualification military fast-jet maintenance experience at senior-supervisor level, strong management and coaching skills, interpersonal and communication ability, and fluent English.
