Description
The MEP Construction Manager leads and develops MEP field teams, oversees MEP construction activities, coordinates with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, resolves moderately complex technical issues, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The role also reviews field documentation, communicates project risks and opportunities, and aligns MEP work with project objectives. An associate's degree in a relevant engineering or construction management field and seven years of MEP field engineering, construction management, or related experience are required; one to two years of managerial experience is preferred, along with OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification and First Aid and CPR certification.
