Description

EBC is hiring a Heavy Equipment Fleet Coordinator to manage the procurement, preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, utilization, registrations, insurance, and compliance of heavy equipment and fleet assets across Ontario. The role coordinates with project teams, superintendents, external service providers, and the Quebec garage; maintains fleet records in the MIR-RT CMMS; supports CVOR and regulatory compliance; and requires travel to project sites. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience and offers a base salary of $60,000 to $105,000 plus benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of relevant experience in fleet coordination, heavy equipment operations, maintenance administration, or the construction industry
Experience coordinating maintenance activities and working with external service providers
Experience working within the construction, civil infrastructure, transportation, or heavy equipment industry
Preferred Qualifications: 310A Automotive Service Technician Licence, 310T Truck and Coach Technician Licence, Heavy Equipment Technician certification, or equivalent mechanical experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting multiple operational teams
Flexibility, availability, and willingness to travel between sites throughout Ontario
