ABB is hiring a Mechanical Site Supervisor to represent the company at customer sites in the mining industry. The role plans, coordinates, and supervises mechanical installation and maintenance work for ABB Gearless Mill Drives, leads on-site teams, enforces EHS and quality standards, identifies technical discrepancies, and prepares service and installation reports. The work model is hybrid, the role is based in Switzerland, and candidates need an industrial or mechanical technician/engineer apprenticeship, at least three years of mechanical site experience, strong technical knowledge, English fluency, and willingness to travel globally.
