Boeing Defence UK is hiring a Mechanical Supervisor to lead a small group of aircraft technicians in an MRO organisation supporting major UK defence programmes. The role supervises and sequences maintenance work, troubleshoots aircraft systems, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, mentors apprentices and trainees, and maintains aircraft paperwork standards. It is a locally hired UK position requiring immediate legal work authorisation and the ability to obtain a UK security clearance; Boeing does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
