Description
UGL Resources & Energy West is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead frontline mechanical delivery on a major project at Alcoa's Pinjarra Refinery. The role involves supervising mechanical trades, labour, subcontractors, materials, plant and equipment; coordinating work to meet safety, schedule, productivity and quality objectives; conducting pre-starts and toolbox meetings; managing risks and documentation; and providing leadership and coaching to site personnel. The position is based in Pinjarra, offers an immediate start, and requires a mechanical trade qualification, heavy-industry supervisory experience, safety leadership knowledge, and strong communication and planning skills.
