Mechanical Survey & Layout Foreman at Hall Mechanical

Hall Mechanical is seeking a full-time Mechanical Survey & Layout Foreman to join their growing team. This specialized role involves providing accurate and efficient below-grade and above-grade mechanical layout, ensuring precise layout and verification across a wide range of projects. The foreman will support installation crews with the necessary information to correctly install mechanical systems, operate and maintain Topcon GNSS and Total Station layout systems, and utilize AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid for documentation. The role also includes mentoring junior staff on layout techniques, maintaining accurate records, identifying potential layout conflicts, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
