Description
Apple is recruiting Mechanical Systems Design Engineers to design, develop, characterize, and optimize automated and manual measurement and calibration systems for its products. The role spans laboratory-scale systems with sub-micron tolerances through mass-production measurement tools, involving mechanical design, CAD, materials selection, FEA, kinematics, automation, and vendor collaboration. The engineer will also support failure analysis, manufacturing improvements, and vendor development, with domestic and international travel required.
