Description
Satellogic is hiring a full-time Mechanical Systems Engineer to support the end-to-end development of a new satellite constellation. The role covers structural, thermal, harnessing, mechanical components, interfaces, subsystem design, trade studies, requirements management, integration and test planning, spacecraft modeling and budgets, manufacturing and acceptance testing, and technical risk management. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or aeronautical engineering; prior experience in structural, thermal, vibration, CFD, finite-element, testing, or systems engineering is desirable but not mandatory, and knowledge of CAD tools or Python is valued but not required.
