Sitegeist is hiring a Mechanical Systems Engineer to design and validate robust, manufacturable mechanical systems for construction robots, including frames, housings, and joints. The role focuses on vibration, strength, weight, and manufacturability optimization; collaboration with electronics and software teams; prototype field testing; and material selection, CAD, and assembly optimization. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics, CAD experience, and prototyping and testing skills; field test experience is advantageous.
