The role maintains, inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and documents defects in building-technical systems, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and gate/door systems, while supporting optimization and repair measures. Applicants need relevant vocational training, practical building-services experience, technical and hands-on skills, German proficiency, a Class B driver’s license, and willingness to work in a two-shift system and on-call duty.
