CESO is hiring a Mechanical Team Lead to oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of engineering construction documentation, specifications, and details across complex commercial, retail, hospitality, multi-family, and light industrial projects. The role manages production teams, project schedules and budgets, technical guidance, quality and regulatory compliance, client and authority liaison activities, site observations, and engineering deliverables. It requires substantial mechanical or architectural engineering experience, leadership experience, advanced design software proficiency, and offers a hybrid schedule, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a Kansas City base salary of $101,489 to $131,519.
