Description
Lam India Global Hardware Technology is hiring a Mechanical Technical Lead Engineer to lead the full lifecycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems for wafer fabrication equipment. The role covers conceptual design, CAD modeling, engineering calculations, risk and failure analysis, testing, validation, documentation, supplier collaboration, manufacturing support, and mentoring of junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least six years of experience, or a master’s degree with at least four years of experience, along with strong mechanical design, analysis, CAD, and semiconductor equipment experience. The role may follow an on-site flex or virtual flex work model.
