Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Mechanical Technical Trainer for its Paper Mill in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The role develops and delivers maintenance-focused training for operations and maintenance employees, covering preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, hands-on instruction, competency assessment, and training materials. The trainer partners with maintenance, engineering, and subject-matter experts and supports safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Basic qualifications include experience developing technical training in manufacturing, maintenance, mechanical, or electrical environments, industrial mechanical maintenance experience, classroom and hands-on training experience, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement; technical certification or a degree in a related field is preferred.
