Description
Odys is hiring a Mechanical Technician to support the assembly, integration, testing, and first-time builds of complex electromechanical and hybrid-electric powerplant systems for aircraft and testing platforms. The role involves operating tools and ground-support equipment, fabricating and assembling aerospace components, supporting propulsion test stands and testing campaigns, inspecting parts, and collaborating with engineers and other technicians. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, experience with electric propulsion, lithium-ion battery integration, or hybrid-electric architectures, and proficiency with soldering, crimping, harness building, and electrical and mechanical documentation.
