Mechanical Technician at Specter Aerospace

Specter Aerospace is hiring a full-time Mechanical Technician to support the assembly, integration, testing, and operation of advanced hypersonic flight systems. The role involves building and maintaining prototype hardware, performing precision machining and fabrication, supporting vehicle integration and environmental, structural, propulsion, and system-level testing, troubleshooting mechanical issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting inventory and process improvements. The position is based in the company’s Peabody office and requires hands-on mechanical experience, at least two years assembling or maintaining mechanical or fluid systems, basic machining or fabrication experience, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
