ispace is hiring a Mechanical Test Engineer to plan, execute, analyze, and report on qualification and acceptance testing for lunar landers, relay satellites, vehicles, subsystems, and components. The role involves defining test requirements, coordinating test campaigns, operating as a Certified Test Conductor, developing tooling and fixtures, analyzing test data, supporting root-cause investigations, and maintaining laboratory capabilities and configuration control. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or a related engineering discipline, at least two years of relevant aerospace or high-reliability hardware testing experience, instrumentation and data-acquisition experience, and familiarity with scripting or automation tools.
