Description
Diamond Foundry is hiring a Mechanical/Thermal Engineer to support customer prototyping, mechanical fixture and experimental apparatus design, thermal characterization testing, reliability and environmental stress testing, assembly processes, and project management. The role requires a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, at least two years of relevant experience, CAD and data-analysis skills, and familiarity with thermal testing, liquid cooling, reliability testing, or IC packaging.
