Description
Bosch is hiring a Machining Workshop Manager at its Toluca plant to manage machining resources for spare parts, replacement components, and wear parts; develop fixtures and tooling; oversee external machining suppliers; create work plans and schedules; improve ergonomics and working conditions; monitor performance and root-cause deviations; and maintain equipment through maintenance and TPM activities. The role requires at least two years of similar experience, B2 English–Spanish proficiency, knowledge of quality standards and process improvement, and expertise in GD&T, CAD/CAM, and machining techniques.
